This Advanced Artificial Intelligence can Track your Health Status

As the world is leading into an AI powered technology environment day by day, the researchers at the MIT(Massachusetts Institute of Technology) built an advanced AI powered device which uses the machine learning approach and is similar to a WiFi router. The device is used for tracking breathing, sleep, etc while sitting at one spot. This device can track people suffering from Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Pulmonary diseases, depression and automatically let the physicians monitor it wireless.

This smart device shows the advancement in the technology growing day by day. It is wireless like a WiFi router meaning that there is no need to connect any sensors or wires to your body physically to monitor the person's health status.

The device smartly monitors the status of the person by transmitting a low-power wireless signal throughout an area(one or two-bedroom apartment also through walls) and gets reflected back on contact with the physical body. Then the reflected signals are analyzed by the device using machine learning approach and gives physiological data to the physicians.

Dina Katabi professor at MIT stated, the novel device  will be able to replace the array of expensive, bulky, uncomfortable gear we currently need to get clinical data about the body. The device takes advantage of the fact that every time we move - even if it's just a teeny, tiny bit, such as when we breathe - we change the electromagnetic field surrounding us. Also It can accurately monitor sleep, including individual sleep stages, in a person's own bed, with no changes to the way they sleep or what they wear.

Because the device would be installed in a home, it could track the resident over time, too, which could be useful for watching sleep-disrupting conditions like Alzheimer's or depression. Importantly, the data is collected only about specific traits and only with a person's consent. and also the data is additionally encrypted and is limited to certain designated recipients, Katabi added.
